I'm out of here!!!!

Although I knew this day would finally come, I was beginning to doubt I'd ever see it!!!!! This morning the docs came by on rounds and said they were signing me out. I'm doing the happy dance!!!!

I don't know when I'll actually be heading out the door, but it will be sometime today. Probably this afternoon. I'm going to be staying in the visiting guest suite at Maggie Scarborough's lovely home. Boy, do I have good friends!

Thanks for all your cares, and help. I can't stop smiling!

    The only thing good about this frigid weather (remember we're in the mountains; it's about 18 here now and that's our high for the day) is maybe you'll take it easy for a couple of days! Don't want to hear any reports of you running amuck...

    Jenny, I am so glad to hear you are well enough to leave the hospital! and the first leg of recovery is complete. Enjoy this sunny day and being at Maggie's house...will be by as soon as you give the word. Mary Cleary

    Yippee!! It's wonderful to get out of a hospital bed and into nice soft sheets. Makes a person appreciate downy. You continue to be an inspiration with your humor. I've been praying for you, but my singing has stopped. Let me know if you need anything.

    Jennie, we rejoice at the thought that you're probably out already, free of the majority of tubes, wires, needles and other nuisances.
